Enfant, je savais d\u00e9j\u00e0 que je voulais devenir chef. Cette passion m\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 inspir\u00e9e par ma grand-m\u00e8re et n\u2019a pas cess\u00e9 de cro\u00eetre. En 2008, j\u2019ai fond\u00e9 Nuance \u00e0 Duffel. Cuisiner est ma passion et ma vie.<\/p>\n

Chaque jour, je veux \u00e0 nouveau tirer le meilleur de moi-m\u00eame, de mon \u00e9quipe et de mes ingr\u00e9dients, ce qui est indispensable pour toujours s\u2019am\u00e9liorer et offrir \u00e0 chaque invit\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience unique. Restaurant Nuance<\/h1>\n

Il y a 18 ans, j\u2019ai lanc\u00e9 \u00ab Nuance \u00bb avec ma femme Sofie, en faisant confiance \u00e0 mon instinct et avec un d\u00e9vouement complet. Pour moi, mon r\u00eave d\u2019enfant s\u2019est concr\u00e9tis\u00e9. Sofie pouvait vivre sa passion apr\u00e8s sa formation en gestion h\u00f4teli\u00e8re. Apr\u00e8s deux ans, nous avons obtenu notre premi\u00e8re \u00e9toile, suivie par une deuxi\u00e8me l\u2019ann\u00e9e d\u2019apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n

Chez Nuance, tout est classe et convivialit\u00e9. Nous vous proposons les meilleurs plats, un service impeccable et une ambiance conviviale dans un cadre magnifique qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9 en 2020. Nous voulons toujours continuer \u00e0 \u00e9voluer, dans la cuisine et le service \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n

Notre signature\u00a0: des assiettes color\u00e9es qui respirent l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance et des repas dans lesquels le produit et la saveur priment. Je personnalise toujours enti\u00e8rement mes repas et ma femme Sofie parvient toujours \u00e0 les servir avec le sourire. Elle sait \u00e0 quel point l\u2019hospitalit\u00e9 est importante. Elle est mon soutien et mon bras droit, mon prolongement dans le restaurant.<\/p>\n
