Nuance offers a gastronomic menu with à la carte dishes and a carefully selected wine list with matching wines to accompany your lunch or dinner.

Nuance also presents a special Taste nuances menu with seven or eight courses and matching wines. Our current Taste nuances menu can be found below.

If you visit with a group of five or more, please choose our Taste nuances menu. Our menu includes two desserts, although you can always have a cheese board instead of both for an additional charge of € 20,00. You can also have the cheese board as an extra before your dessert for an additional charge of € 25,00 if you prefer.

On Friday evening and Saturday evening we only serve our Taste nuances menu of 7 or 8 courses.

Every lunchtime, excluding Sundays and public holidays, we serve a four-course lunch menu for € 125,00.
